After being inspired by Rick Bobbitts brew sculpture, I started on a journey to build a weld free brew system controlled by the BCS-460 (Embedded Concepts). I was struggling with “weldless” part until an electrician friend of mine told me about “Uni-Strut” or “Super-Strut” pieces. Think giant “erector set” stuff – frames, corners, angles, etc. For us children of the 60’s (thanks Mom!) – we got to play with this stuff as kids.
Enough yammering – here are some pics!

Dude, this blows away any home brewery I’ve seen yet. You have totally stepped it up big time. I’m going to go kick my ugly orange Igloo in the ass now.

Great job brother. There are so many questions I would like to ask you, I don’t know there to start. I want to add controls to my brew sculpture. So many options it makes my brain swim. Thanks for posting pic’s. They are helping me a little.
Glen Giddens your brother in brew.

I’ll answer what I can. My best advice is to get a bigger control box then you think you’ll need. They fill up fast!
